Palmquist Landscaping is now open for business!
Tree care and landscaping has been a passion of mine since as long as I can remember. I guess it is just one of those things that God hard wired into me.
I typically carry my pruning tools with me everywhere I go. If there is a damaged branch, I cut it. If there is an unsightly tree I prune it. If two young trees are battling for space, I get to pick the winner.
I remember getting harassed for planting 3 tiny little spruce trees in an open space behind our house when I was 10 years old. They said they are too tiny to make a difference, but now they have grown to beautiful 20+ foot trees. Now they only ask, “Why didn’t you plant more?”.
I guess it is never too early to plant and care for our trees. Someone will be glad you did. Someone planted the trees you enjoy today. Someone probably pruned that magnificent tree in the neighbors yard. Maybe someone didn’t prune the tree in your yard that is in bad health with broken limbs and rotted holes where branches once were.
We owe it to our trees and landscapes to care for them properly today so they can grow old, strong, and beautiful for the future. That is why for the past 3 years I have provided the city of Warroad with my tree pruning services. I noticed that they where not getting the care they needed to reach their full potential. It is also why I have started Palmquist Landscaping.
Now I have the opportunity to assist others in caring for their trees and landscapes as I have for my own for the past 25 years. I love to see trees and landscapes that are well maintained and cared for, I’m sure you do too. I look forward to working with you in the near future. And remember when it comes to tree care, sooner is always better than later.
